Refunds & Returns
At Simply Teatime we believe in happy customers. If at anytime you are dissatisfied with our service please contact me sally@simplyteatime.com.au as soon as possible so that we can answer your concerns. We ask that you return the goods in its original packaging for us assess the problem.

All stock is subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice but we do absolutely endeavour to keep our prices as advertised. Sometimes we are at the whim of suppliers!!
Payment options
We used PayPal which is also our gateway for credit card payments. All transaction are conducted using SSL standards with 128-bit encryption.
All orders are to be prepaid.

Postage and Delivery
Phone and internet orders will be sent the following day where possible (think regional Australia!)
Please allow 3-5 days for delivery and possibly more in remote areas.
